Cornelius Dawson is the CEO & founder of Red Rose Karez non-profit organization. He has been involved in numerous aspects of the community: Tarrant County Advocate Program, All Star Youth Sports and Arlington A&M Elite Basketball Organization. He has been a mentor, advocate, and coach for well over a decade.

Dawson graduated from Jarvis Christian College where he received his bachelor’s of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. He holds many accolades & certifications that has helped him build his non profit. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his two beautiful children whom is also engaged in volunteering.
